Indoors, Somersal Cottages has a total of 31 bedrooms plus communal work and recreation rooms, dining areas and kitchen areas. Individual rooms are designed without TVs, while the communal rooms offer widescreen TV, snooker, pool and table tennis to encourage maximum interaction at all stages of an event. The contemporary kitchen areas allow for self catering options as well as conventional catering and delegates have already organised ‘Ready Steady Cook’ style competitions as part of their agenda!

Outside the lake, floodlit tennis court and 155 acres of land are ideal for all manner of outdoor pursuits, including orienteering, raft building, paint balling, watersports, golf, go-karting and cycling.
