Instructions

Once you have filled in the form, please click the submit button once. You will then see a screen message confirming that your booking has been submitted. Within 24 hours of making an on-line booking we will email you a booking confirmation, which details instructions on the payment of a deposit and balance.

Catering

Fully catered includes breakfast, lunch and a 3 course dinner and tea/coffee during the meetings. Partly catered, priced according to requirements. Self-catering, group requires on outside catering, simply uses with facilities in the accommodation.

Booking Terms

Deposits should be paid within 7 days of the date of our booking confirmation email.

Bookings will be reserved for a period of 7 days from the date of our Booking confirmation email.

Balances are due for payment 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable.
